Yesterday was a total fail of a day that resulted in a new phone, and today has resolved the remaining issue--somehow--so I'm confused and this is as much for my tracking as anything else.

I really like the Windows Phone OS and interface. I liked it better than Android when I switched over, and I still believe it's a really solid OS. I never upgraded my phone to Windows 10, but based on what I saw I think I would have really liked it, too ( Read more... )

My Tuesday is somewhat going better than my Monday did. The migraine appears to be mostly gone; I have a killer headache right now, but I'm pretty sure that's from other stuff and is not actually a migraine. I've taken ibuprofen and Percocet so hopefully they will kick in soon and I will feel better. If not, I'll try something else in a few hours ( Read more... )

I was supposed to see Dr. P the dermatologist this morning (nothing's wrong; I just need a new scrip for my shampoo), but despite my alarm going off at 7am and then 7:30am, I didn't make it out of bed in time to get on the road and get there. So Windows 8.1 continues to vex me. The default Mail program (which isn't Outlook) is fairly reasonable, but it sorts things I don't want it to sort--all my LJ notifications go into my "social updates" folder, so I thought LJ wasn't sending them until I saw that folder ( Read more... )
